Event fee refunds after registration
100% of the registration fee will be refunded if cancellation occurs 8 weeks before the start of an event.
75% of the registration fee will be refunded if cancellation occurs 6 weeks before the start of an event.
50% of the registration fee will be refunded if cancellation occurs 4 weeks before the start of an event.
There will be no refunds for cancellations within 4 weeks of the start of an event.

Event organisers reserve the right to alter programmes with no notice.
In case of force majeure the organisers also reserve the right to cancel events.
There will be a full refund of registration fees less a 5% administration fee.
